At Martlix.pk, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before making a return request.

1. Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, contact our support team at support@martlix.pk with your order number and a photo or video showing the issue.

2. Replacements

If your return request is approved, we will send you a replacement for the same product (if available). In case the product is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal value.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product is unavailable for replacement.
  • The return request is approved and verified.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Used or opened products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Products purchased during sales or promotions.
